The Literate Bear respects the privacy of all of our customers, and we do not sell, trade, or disclose any personal or individual information to any third parties, other than the information necessary to complete a transaction you requested through the shopping cart process on our website, or unless we are required by law to provide information for a legal matter.
Our website is a child-safe website, and we make every possible effort to protect the privacy and safety of children who may visit our website. The Literate Bear will never ask a child for personal information. The Literate Bear provides a safety warning page for our links to other sites that explains to a child that they are leaving the Literate Bear site and should only do so if a grown up is present with them.
The Literate Bear does not use cookies (pieces of data stored on your computer's hard drive).
